Unopened bottles
You can return or exchange any unopened bottle with its seal and box intact within 7 days of delivery.
Opened bottles
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Not sure which edition to choose? Start with the 2 ml Petit Échantillon.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at sales@sinankm.com. We will replace it at no cost.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 431 2131 or email sales@sinankm.com with your order number.
- We arrange a courier collection from your address.
- Once the item is received and checked, your refund is issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Offer orders
If you return an item from a Buy 2, Get 1 Free order, the refund reflects the offer price you paid.
