Please read this User Agreement carefully to understand your rights and obligations before you offer to Sell Now or Sell with Repurchase your device on www.tradein.playgame.ae.
By creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. www.tradein.playgame.ae (operated by PlayGame Plus LLC) reserves the right to amend, cancel, or alter these terms at our sole discretion. Amended agreements are effective immediately upon posting.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the services offered under the Sell Now and Sell with Repurchase programs.
- Account Creation: You must provide an accurate contact name, principal address, and email. Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Compliance: Your access may be suspended or terminated if you fail to comply with these policies or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform.
2. Service Options
- Sell Now (Direct Sale): You sell your device outright for cash or credit at the current market price. Ownership transfers immediately, and the sale is final.
- Sell with Repurchase (Sell Now & Buy Later): You sell your device for immediate liquidity while retaining the right to repurchase it (or a similar model) within a selected period (7, 15, or 30 days).
- Repurchase values are based on market value at the time of repurchase.
- If not repurchased within the agreed window, the device will be released for open market resale.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Ownership
- Accuracy: You must provide correct IMEI/Serial numbers and honest physical condition reports.
- Identification: A valid UAE government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all transactions to comply with local regulations.
- Data: You are solely responsible for backing up and performing a factory reset on your device.
- Legal Title: You confirm the device is your legal property. Stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented devices will be reported to the authorities.
4. Device Condition Requirements
To qualify for the quoted price, the device must meet the following criteria:
- Functionality: Powers up, makes calls, and has a fully working operating system.
- Hardware: All buttons, cameras, Wi-Fi, and sensors must be functional.
- Display: Screen/LCD must be free of cracks, "bleeding," or dead pixels.
- Condition: No water damage (checked via internal moisture indicators) and no missing parts.
- Accounts: Apple devices must be signed out of iCloud and "Find My" disabled. Android devices must be cleared of Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP).
5. Pricing and Payment

6. Data Responsibility & Liability Release
www.tradein.playgame.ae is not responsible for any personal data (photos, contacts, messages) left on the device. By finalizing the sale, you release us from any claims related to data loss or the subsequent misuse of data not erased by you.
7. Indemnification & Legal Compliance
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify PlayGame Plus LLC against any legal fees or losses arising from ownership disputes.
- Information Sharing: We reserve the right to share seller details with the Police, network operators, or insurance companies to prevent fraud.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlayGame Plus LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including legal compliance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, we are not liable for:
- Market fluctuations affecting resale or repurchase prices.
- Any data left on a device after the point of sale.
- Direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.
