1. Backup Your Data
Before trade-in, ensure all your photos, contacts, and messages are backed up to iCloud or Google Drive. Once we reset the device, data recovery is impossible.
- Enable iCloud/Google Backup
- Transfer WhatsApp chats
- Verify 2FA methods are moved
2. Sign Out & Remove Accounts
Remove your ID/Accounts to unlock the device for the next owner. This is mandatory for valuation.
- Sign out of Find My iPhone
- Remove Google/Samsung account
- Remove screen lock/passcode
3. Factory Reset
Wipe all settings and data. This ensures your privacy. If you're unsure, our technicians can assist you in-store.
- Go to Settings > General > Reset
- Select Erase All Content
- Verify device is 'Clean'
4. Physical Cleaning
Present your device in its best light. Remove stickers, clean the screen, and ensure all buttons are reachable.
- Remove heavy cases

- Remove SIM card/Memory card

What if my screen is cracked?
We still accept cracked devices for trade-in. However, the valuation will be adjusted based on the repair cost.
Do I need the original box and accessories?
While having the original box, charger, and unused accessories can increase the value, they are NOT mandatory for trade-in.
How long does the assessment take?
Our in-store technical assessment takes exactly 5-10 minutes. If everything matches the description, you get instant cash.
Is the data wipe secure?
